ONLINE PAYMENT
Raw Food Betsy purchases may be made by credit card using the SHOPPING CART. 'Google*Raw Food Betsy' will appear on your credit card statement for your transaction. This is a secure payment website with partner GOOGLE CHECKOUT. If alternative payment arrangements are requested, please contact Betsy at Betsy@rawfoodbetsy.com or (888) 732-3879.
REFUND POLICY
Raw Food Betsy purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, chef class registration fees may be applied to a future class date in the event you need to reschedule your class date. You must submit a rescheduling request by email to Betsy@rawfoodbetsy.com. All rescheduled classes will be valid for one year from the original date of purchase. No shows for class will be charged the full cost and will forfeit all rights to a rescheduled class.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE CLASSES:
Betsy reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule any class if the minimum class size requirement is not met, as indicated below. In the event a class must be re-scheduled, you will be notified by email at least 48 hours in advance.
CLASS FEES
Class registration and payment of fees must be processed online at least 3 days prior to the class date to guarantee a seat. Raw Food Betsy classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a minimum and maximum number of student limitations for the Chef Class - Level I and the Advanced Chef Class - Level II class. There is only a maximum number of student limitation for the Raw Food Talk & Demo at New Frontiers in San Luis Obispo (CA). Refer to the CLASS SIZE LIMITS section below.

PLEASE NOTE: Classes often fill as much as two weeks in advance. Don't be disappointed - register early!
SOLD OUT CLASSES
If a class is sold out it will be noted as "OUT OF STOCK" in the SHOPPING CART. Google Checkout will block your registration and payment for sold out classes.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Online payment for gift certificates may be made
in the SHOPPING CART. Please be sure to select the desired dollar amount for your
gift certificate. There are two denominations available for purchase - $50 and $100. Gift certificates
are NON-REFUNDABLE and valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The gift certificate will be mailed to the address provided during
the checkout process and the "TO" and "FROM" lines on the gift certificate will be
left blank for your gift giving personalization.
CONSULTATION FEES:
Raw Food Betsy
consultation services are available for $50 per hour. Send an email to Betsy@rawfoodbetsy.com or call (888) 732-3879 to make arrangements for the date and time for your personal raw food consultation. Consultation
fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and valid for one year from the date of
purchase.
