Betsy,
Noriko and I have been juicing every day, 3 times a day, for about 7 days now. You're right, my sense of smell, my energy, and overall skill to do exercises has improved. We also are eating vegan and raw. What a difference food makes.....when you eat it the way it was created. That is some powerful stuff. Are you doing any speaking? As I have said to you before, what you have to say, needs to be heard. Speak on it!

I lost 30 lbs last year going raw and after a bike accident, was told I healed faster than anyone the doc has ever seen. :)

Hi Betsy and thank you so much for such an amazing adventure into raw food! I'm committed to incorporating these principles as much as possible into my daily living... and what a good group to experience this all with! I hope to take more classes from you in the future. Dear Betsy,
Your two sessions on Raw Foods were sensational. You gave us vital information in what to avoid and what to adopt in our diets. Every one of us in the class left wanting more: more information and more recipes, more opportunities to learn from your experience. I hope you feel a special satisfaction knowing that you have started many of us on an exciting road to discovery, experimentation and better health.
Your second session, featuring actual preparation and eating of raw foods, was a special treat. Every one of the six recipes you prepared was delicious, but for me, the "South of the Border Wrap" deserves a prize. The surprise was how uncomplicated these recipes are to make once you have the proper tools.
You gave of your time unstingingly, as did your kitchen angel, Chuck. I want to make sure you know how much we all appreciated your generosity and your great presentation,

Betsy!
Thank you so much for everything today! I totally enjoyed myself. I am still super full from all the yummy food we prepared in class today=) My husband Chris really liked the spaghetti, guacamole filled mushrooms and the walnut pate. He didn't eat too much just enough to get a taste. I can't wait to try the banana ice cream at home. I think it's going to be a favorite dessert!
Thanks again for such a fun filled and informative class!

Wow, I just took the Level I Chef Class. It was amazing. I immediately went out and bought a juicer and a better food processor. I am so excited about beginning a healthier new lifestyle. The raw food tastes great and it is so much easier than I thought to prepare. So glad to have met Betsy!
